Call for Applications Deadline: March 25, 2010 Program The IWM invites forty graduate students and young postdoctoral researchersin the humanities or social sciences to take part in the Summer Schoolwithin the Institute’s research focus on “Religion & Secularism”.

Organization Each of the seminars will meet Monday through Friday.

Participants arerequired to enroll in three seminars. They will be conducted in English,thus excellent command of this language is absolutely required. There is no tuition for the Summer School; course materials, room and fullboard will be provided (accommodation in double rooms, single rooms areavailable for an extra charge).

Participants are responsible to covertravel costs to and from Cortona and all other incidental expenses. Application The application must be submitted in English and include · the application form (please download) · a curriculum vitae and · a letter of motivation discussing at least one of the fourseminar topics (max. 5 pages)
